0911472255The Flowline EchoWave® LG10 General Purpose Guided Wave Radar (TDR) Liquid Level Transmitter is a high-precision continuous level measurement solution engineered for challenging industrial liquid applications. Utilizing Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) technology, high-frequency electromagnetic pulses travel down the probe, reflecting off the liquid surface back to the sensor electronics. This contact-guided radar method renders the measurement completely immune to changes in liquid dielectric, density, vapor, foam, condensation, turbulence, and process temperature or pressure variations.
The LG10 series is offered in three probe styles to match various application demands: Rod and Cable probes for clean, dirty, coating, or crystallizing liquids in above-grade metal or below-grade tanks; and Coaxial probes for clean, non-coating fluids in tanks of any material. Featuring a compact 4-inch (10 cm) top deadband, the sensor allows maximum usage of the total tank volume. All wetted components are constructed with heavy-duty 316L stainless steel and PEEK insulators. Field setup is fast and simple via Flowline’s free WebCal® software and USB interface fob, featuring advanced disturbance scanning to map and reject false echo reflections.
