Principle of electromagnetic flow meter is using Faraday's law of induction as "When conductor moves in the magnetic field, the electromotive force is occurred in the conductor to the right-angle direction of both magnetic field direction and movement direction, and its force is proportionate to the magnetic flux density and the speed." Install a pair of electrodes in the measurement tube with inner insulation, and impress magnetic field toward the electrode and its right-angle direction by the excitation coil. When fluid flow through the pipe which set as the right angle of electrode and magnetic field, electromotive force proportional to the flow speed is generated.
Flow meter detect this electromotive force and calculate the integrated volume by multiplying measurement tube diameter.
