0911472255The Flowline EchoPod® UG01 General Purpose Reflective Ultrasonic Multi-Function Liquid Level Transmitter provides continuous non-contact level measurement and embedded control for small tank applications. Condensation is the single most common variable in liquid level measurement, causing up to 50% signal attenuation in conventional horizontal ultrasonic sensors. The UG01 solves this using Flowline's proprietary Reflective Technology™, which positions the corrosion-resistant PVDF transducer vertically over a 45° reflector. Water droplets naturally run off the vertical face via gravity, ensuring unimpeded transmit and receive acoustic signals even in heavily condensing environments.
Designed with a 1.5-meter (4.9 feet) measurement range and a short 3.8 cm (1.5 inches) deadband, the EchoPod UG01 maximizes usable tank filling volume. The transmitter incorporates four programmable SPST relays rated at 60 VA (1A max), allowing it to function as a complete level controller. It can be configured for 1 pump/valve control with 3 alarms, 2-pump lead-lag or duplexing control with 2 alarms, or 4 independent level switch point alarms. Device setup, diagnostic testing, and calibration are performed seamlessly using Flowline’s intuitive WebCal® PC software via a USB Fob adapter.
