0911472255The Flowline EchoSpan® LU10 Intrinsically Safe Ultrasonic Liquid Level Transmitter offers continuous non-contact level measurement for hazardous industrial liquid storage requiring stringent explosion-proof safety compliance. Certified Class I, Division 1 (Groups A, B, C, D) and ATEX/IECEx Zone 0, the LU10 provides ultimate operational safety in volatile environments containing flammable solvents, fuels, vaporous chemicals, or hazardous gases.
Designed with a 3.0-meter (9.8 feet) measurement span and a compact 10 cm (4 inches) deadband, the EchoSpan LU10 maximizes usable filling volume in process tanks, day tanks, and IBC totes. Constructed for long-term reliability in harsh chemical environments, the sensor features a rugged Polypropylene (PP) housing paired with a highly corrosion-resistant PVDF transducer and Viton® sealing gasket. It outputs a 2-wire 4-20 mA loop-powered signal designed to connect through an intrinsic safety barrier to PLC controllers or remote displays. Span calibration, fail-safe parameters, and signal filtering are easily configured via Flowline's free WebCal® software interface using a USB Fob adapter.
