0911472255The Flowline EchoSpan® LU23 Non-Contact Ultrasonic Liquid Level Transmitter is a long-range industrial level transmitter designed for continuous measurement in large storage tanks, aggressive chemical vessels, and wastewater treatment basins. Featuring an extended measurement span up to 10 meters (32.8 feet), the LU23 provides non-contact, highly accurate level monitoring without requiring physical contact with the process media.
Engineered for reliable operation in harsh chemical environments, the EchoSpan LU23 incorporates a PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) transducer for superior resistance against strong acids and alkalis, housed within a weather-tight Polycarbonate NEMA 4X / IP65 enclosure. The sensor features intelligent digital signal processing to automatically reject false echo reflections caused by internal tank obstructions and includes automatic temperature compensation for precise reading stability across varying ambient temperatures. The transmitter supplies a 2-wire 4-20 mA loop-powered output, with quick calibration and fail-safe configuration enabled via Flowline's free WebCal® software interface using a USB Fob adapter.
