0911472255The Flowline EchoSwitch® US01 General Purpose Reflective Ultrasonic Level Transmitter provides continuous non-contact level measurement with embedded relay switching for small tank applications. Condensation build-up on conventional horizontal ultrasonic transducers causes up to 50% acoustic signal loss. The US01 eliminates this issue through Flowline's patented Reflective Technology™, which mounts the corrosion-resistant PVDF transducer vertically facing a 45° reflector. Condensation droplets naturally shed off the vertical face via gravity, keeping the signal pathway completely clear for uncompromised accuracy.
Designed with a 1.5-meter (4.9 feet) measurement span and an ultra-short 3.8 cm (1.5 inches) deadband, the EchoSwitch US01 maximizes usable filling volume in compact tanks. The unit features three programmable SPST relays rated at 60 VA (1A max), functioning as an integrated level controller. It can be configured for 1 pump/valve control with 2 high/low alarms, or as 3 independent level switch setpoints. Setup, diagnostic testing, and span calibration are executed easily via Flowline’s intuitive WebCal® PC software interface using a USB Fob adapter.
