0911472255The Flowline EchoTouch® LC40 Panel Mount Level Controller is a versatile industrial level display and automation controller designed to interface seamlessly with any 2-wire or 3-wire 4-20 mA continuous level transmitter (including ultrasonic, radar, hydrostatic pressure, or magnetic float sensors). The controller functions as an all-in-one data processing and automation hub for chemical tanks, wastewater sumps, fuel storage, and industrial process vessels.
Featuring a bright, high-contrast 6-digit LED display, the EchoTouch LC40 allows operators to monitor real-time level readings in distance, height, volume (gallons, liters, m³), or percentage of span. The NEMA 4X / IP65 rated front panel incorporates tactile push-buttons for intuitive field programming without requiring PC software. A key advantage of the LC40 is its four heavy-duty SPDT relays rated at 10A @ 250VAC, supporting advanced pump and valve automation algorithms such as 2-pump lead-lag or duplexing control, automatic tank fill/empty sequences, high/low level limit alarms, and adjustable time delays. Additionally, the unit provides an isolated re-transmitted 4-20 mA analog output to pass continuous level data to central PLCs or SCADA systems.
