0911472255The Flowline Switch-Tek® LV10 Horizontal Plastic Float Level Switch is a reliable point level detection solution designed for small-to-medium liquid storage tanks, IBC totes, drums, and OEM machinery skids. Operating on a proven magnetic float principle, as the liquid level rises or falls past the installation point, an internal permanent magnet inside the pivoting float actuates a hermetically sealed reed switch to trigger high/low alarms or control pumps and valves.
A key strength of the Flowline LV10 series is its all-plastic non-metallic construction. The sensor is available in Polypropylene (PP) for water, oils, and mild chemicals, or in Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) for aggressive acids, strong bases, and highly corrosive chemical solutions. Featuring an ultra-compact footprint, a 3/4" NPT/G thread process connection, and reversible NO/NC contact orientation (easily changed by rotating the sensor body 180° during installation), the LV10 delivers durable, cost-effective overflow and dry-run protection.
