Inverter motor GFVF 63~315L Fukuta Vietnam

Inverter motor is a general term for inverter-driven motors. Actually, the motor designed for the inverter is an inverter duty motor, which is developed from the traditional squirrel cage motor. The cooling fan of the traditional squirrel cage motor is driven with motor, and the inverter motor uses a forced fan with an independent power supply. Avoid the problem of poor heat dissipation due to slow fan speed when the motor is low speed. And to improve the insulating performance of the motor windings, and the inverter duty motor is also equipped with a rotary encoder such as speed or position feedback.
In general, inverter motor performance in low frequency control and heat dissipation is superior to regular squirrel cage motors.
If it’s in less demanding occasion, such as low power and rated frequency operation, it can be replaced with regular squirrel cage motors. But if the motor needs to have good heat radiation, and the general squirrel-cage motor mainly operates at the rated operating frequency, and the inverter motor may run continuously at a lower frequency, so the squirrel-cage motor needs to have a lower minimum speed.
