The Metrix MX2033 combines the proven performance of an API 670-compliant eddy current proximity measurement system with the flexibility of digital configurability. With tens of thousands of successful installations worldwide, the MX2033 is a reliable solution for modern proximity sensing. Users can easily configure the system in the field using custom calibration curves or select from over 40 factory-preloaded configurations for different target materials, probe diameters, manufacturers, extension cable lengths, and linear ranges.

Field Configurability
The free Metrix DPS software allows direct connection to the MX2033 three-wire driver, enabling users to tailor the driver to their specific application. Designed as a versatile drop-in replacement.
Flexible Scale Factor
Supports scale factors from 100 mV/mil (3.93 mV/µm) to 200 mV/mil (7.87 mV/µm), enabling measurement ranges from 10 – 180 mils (250 – 4,500 µm). The ability to adjust the scale factor in the field is a unique feature of Metrix proximity systems.
